SUPERVISION AND TEACHING

I have been training therapists for many years. I taught Schools of Psychotherapy and

Abnormal Psychology, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy at the graduate level. Currently, I

am an adjunct clinical faculty member at the New York University Postdoctoral Program

in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy, where I teach a course on the integration of CBT

and psychodynamic therapy. I am Co-director and faculty of the National Institute for

the Psychotherapies Psychotherapy Integration Program (PIP). As an instructor, part of

my work is to stay current in my field.

I run time limited small group training workshops in integrative psychotherapy. These

workshops are designed to teach psychodynamic practitioners how to integrate cognitive

therapy approaches into their work or to teach cognitive therapists key concepts in

psychoanalytic technique and theory. I am also available for individual and small group

private supervision. Please contact me directly for more information.
